If given a scale rating of 1-10, for satisfaction, I would give a 10. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Dr. Prasad was very pleaseant and professional, he explained the procedure from beginning to end. Photos were taken for comparison (before and after). I was very pleased with the outcome and it was pain free. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Prasad to family, friends and anyone else.
